Are you a professional athlete (Baseball, Football, Basketball, etc.) or major celebrity?

If so, then have we got a deal for you! Any professional athlete or major celebrity can rent our cabins or lodge for half the regular price. All we ask in return is that you take a picture with you and your group (Friends, Family, Staff, etc) in front of one of our Ducks Nest Welcome sign and send the picture to us. That's it!

To qualify all we need is a faxed (941-475-4081) photo copy of a photo id to make sure you are who you say you are:) Once we confirm that you are a pro athlete or celebrity, then all you have to do is submit our online reservation form. If you wish, we can make sure no one else rents out our other rental while you're staying with us so you won't be bugged.

Our rental retreat is nestled in the cloud covered Southeast Tennessee Blue Ridge Smoky Mountains near the small town of Turtletown, Tennessee. The rental retreat property occupies almost 20 acres of beautiful Southeast Tennessee Blue Ridge Smoky Mountains land, starting at a beautiful spring fed lake and pond that rises to the top of the Southeast Tennessee Blue Ridge Smoky Mountains, which boasts scenic mountain views of the great states of Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina.
